Nina Bryan
LMHC, MCAPNina Bryan, LMHC, MCAP.
I have a diverse background in both the substance abuse and mental health fields. I have worked in inpatient residential substance abuse programs, a crisis stabilization unit, the correctional system, and have also provided outpatient counseling in both substance abuse programs and community mental health.
I completed my internship at The Salvation Army, where I met with clients individually and also led domestic violence groups.
I am a group facilitator of MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy), which helps clients recognize their negative patterns and identify what values are important to them. I bring a strengths-based approach, working with my clients so they can utilize the tools they already have to set and achieve their own personal goals.
Some of the specialties I assist with include anger management, anxiety or panic, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, depression or mood disorders, grief and bereavement, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, relationship issues, sleep problems, stress management, and trauma.
