William Cochran
PMHNP-BCWilliam Cochran, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both acute medical care and mental health services. He began his nursing career in 2019, gaining valuable clinical experience in high-acuity settings, including the emergency department and inpatient psychiatric facilities. This diverse background fostered a comprehensive understanding of crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and complex medical-psychiatric comorbidities.
William earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Walden University in 2024. His clinical training included diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology, and therapeutic interventions across the lifespan, with particular emphasis on mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, and trauma-related conditions.
With a patient-centered and holistic approach, William is dedicated to improving mental health outcomes through evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
